Do you wish you could find the words for what you experience in nature? Would you like to write something that captures your feelings, thoughts or the loving support you feel when you’re connected to the ocean, the mountains or even your garden at home? Do you want to be able to ‘tune in’ to capture more of nature’s wisdom? Would you like to learn a simple structure that means your poem or piece almost writes itself?

In this workshop:

• You’ll learn how to use the technique of extended metaphor to structure a simple poem or other piece of writing,

• You’ll have an experience of channelling the wisdom of nature, and

• You’ll create a first draft of your own poem or piece of writing.

BONUS:

• The workshop will be followed by an email with a second exercise and writing prompt to use when you’re outside in nature,
